The Pennsylvania Municipal League (PML)

The Pennsylvania Municipal League (PML) is a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization established in 1900 as an advocate for Pennsylvania’s 3rd class cities. Today, the PML represents participating Pennsylvania cities, townships, town, boroughs, and home rule municipalities that all share the League’s municipal policy interests.

Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED)

The mission of the Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) is to foster opportunities for businesses to grow and for communities to succeed and thrive in a global economy. Our mission is to improve the quality of life for Pennsylvania citizens while assuring transparency and accountability in the expenditure of public funds.

Association for Pennsylvania Municipal Management (APMM)

APMM is a nonprofit, nonpartisan association of professional municipal managers and administrators working in Pennsylvania local government.

Civic Research Alliance (CRA)

The Alliance addresses a crucial niche in Pennsylvania: Providing independent, objective and nonpartisan research/strategic services to nonprofit, private, and public policy entities seeking to better serve their communities, schools, regions and the Commonwealth. Emphasis is placed upon independent research and strategic planning services that support decision making for those contemplating change.
